Shipping Information            Rates

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday only with exception of holidays. In Stock orders placed after 11:00 a.m. PST will ship out the following business day or you will be notified within five (7) business days of any delay in shipment. Keep in mind that delivery time does not include order-processing time.

• Standard Service - Items for U.S. destinations will usually be shipped by United Parcel Service and those to Canada and other countries will be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) if Standard Service is requested.  A signature may be required upon receipt for proof of delivery. See Shipping Chart.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery times for the UPS or USPS. Normal delivery usually takes 3-10 business days for U.S. orders and 7-21 days for orders out of U.S. depending to country of destination and custom regulations, however we allow 21 days for delivery to U.S. destinations and 45 days to foreign destinations.

If you have not received your order after 21 days from the original ship date (and 45 days for International shipments), please email Customer Order Desk: orders@CaltexRecords.com.

If we can't fill your entire order quickly, we may send you a partial shipment. The balance of your order will be placed on backorder and you will be notified via email. The second shipment will be sent via the UPS or USPS and you will not be charged any additional shipping fees. Backorder shipments will only be made when the remainder of the order is available to ship.

• 2nd Business Day - The 2nd Business Day shipping rate is available upon request In most cases we ship UPS, but some orders will ship via the FedEx. A signature will be required upon receipt for proof of delivery. See Shipping Chart.

Free Shipping Qualifications
Free shipping will be applied to orders that meet the following criteria:

• Orders $500.00 and over will ship via UPS ground for free.
• Free Shipping Offers are limited to orders shipped to addresses within the U.S. Shipping offers cannot be combined or used with other offers.
• Free Shipping Offers will be applied to the merchandise subtotal (excluding taxes).

  PO Boxes

Orders sent to PO Boxes will be shipped via the United States Postal Service. Standard Service shipping rates apply and delivery times will vary.

Order Not Received

If you have not received your order after 21 days from the original ship date and 45 days to destinations outside of the U.S. and Canada), please email Customer Care l: orders@CaltexRecords.com.

If you do not receive your order, you have up to 30 days from the shipping date to notify us via email or by phone.
